1. Ordering
• All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance, custom cakes 14 days in advance.
• Orders must be placed through our website or by direct message (DM) on our official social media pages.
• Orders are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
• Custom designs are created based on client requests and may include slight artistic variations.
2. Payments
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Your order is not reserved until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 24 HOURS before pickup or delivery. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your order without refund of the deposit.
• Deposit payments MUST BE MADE via through website .
3. Cancellations and Changes
• If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future order, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Changes to the order (design, flavor, quantity, etc.) must be requested at least [7 days] in advance and may be subject to additional charges. Changes may not be possible after that point.
4. Pickups and Deliveries
• Pickup and delivery times will be agreed upon in advance. Please be on time.
• Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance and availability.
• Once an order is picked up or delivered, Slim’s Creative Sweets is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur.
5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
• Slim’s Creative Sweets is not a nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, or allergen-free kitchen.
• Customers must inform us of any allergies at the time of order.
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions after pickup/delivery.
6. Refunds and Returns
• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
• If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a discount on a future order or a treat as a gesture of goodwill.
7. Design Disclaimer
• While we strive to match inspiration photos, exact replication is not guaranteed.
• Colors and design details may vary slightly due to ingredients and techniques.
8. Photography
• Slim’s Creative Sweets reserves the right to photograph and share photos of all completed products for promotional purposes.

Please Note:
• No refunds or replacements will be offered for changes of mind, taste preferences, or issues resulting from improper storage or handling.
• Once an order is picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• Missed pickups or deliveries are not eligible for compensation.
